Rogues spinning around you in combat?

Forgive my newness but I am confused. I have seen several Melee classes do this. They spin around you and you cant hit them back and they put an assload of damage on you. I have tried to figure out how to do it on my keyboard but cannot replicate it. I was starting to wonder if its a macro or something. Can someone educate me please?

depends, are you a WASD back peddler or a mouse mover?

if you are a WASD keyboard mover hold the Q and D keys to to strafe left while turning right or E and A keys to go the other way. if this isnt working you may need to press escape, find keybindinds and under movement look for strafe right and strafe left and make sure they are bound within reacg.

If you use advanced mouse movement controls it's a bit easier. press one strafe key and use your mouse to list lazily in the opposite direction to make the circle. with mouse movement it's alot easier to adjust the size or reverse direction of the circle.
