Mage build that just dominates all?

i think title names it all that i'm looking for, i'm looking for a mage build that just pretty much pwns, all, and is good for levling as well and in pve

I am having an easy time levelling up as Warlock/Chloromancer. I put 14 into Chloro, the rest into Warlock. I enhanced lifegiving veil, radiant spores, and made bloom insta cast. 14 pts gives you ruin, another insta-cast cooldown which returns life through lifegiving veil.

From warlock, I enhanced life drain and void bolt. You open with radiant spores (its in a macro with life drain), apply dark touch, hit a dot macro as much as necessary (a 2nd macro), then spam void bolt (in a macro with ruin above it). The dots macro has Neddra's on top, so if more than 1 come, I have dark touch and neddra's on it and can spread it to everything else with radiate death.

For singles you can mow through stuff nonstop at near full health/mana bars. Even elites and stage 5 bosses from rifts get chewed up easily.

I tried Bluedot's necro/warlock build, and did not like the pet management, nor the adds it would aggro. It is nice for singles, but a warlock heavy build with chloro for survival works better for me.

Groups die fast with dark touch, neddra's, radiate death, devouring shadows. If your life is low, pop bloom between devouring shadows, or hit mortality.

This build works fine in PVP. Splash heals help out the group, and you have high survivability. Fear is important for PvP.
