I know warlock/necro cross breeds are more common but I've been using this.

The base idea is to DoT in bursts, you need to take full advantage of the short durations on the 25% int buff and Empowered Darkness with DoTs.

Neddra's Torture opener
Withering Vine -> Life Leech -> Necrosis -> Dark Touch -> Defile

After that a simple macro.

Cast Neddra's Torture
Cast Draining Bolt
Cast Void Bolt

You'll notice Withering Vine drops off long before the others, that's ok, ignore it. When Necrosis has 2 seconds left reDoT. Withering Vine -> Necrosis -> Dark Touch -> Defile. When you have full charge you'll want to use Empowering Darkness with your DoTs. Ideally you get them all but it can be tricky getting Defile with it. After casting Defile you'll need to cancel Empowering Darkness so Defile doesn't drop and gain charge quickly, Draining Bolt is good for this.

Rinse & Repeat.

Don't bother trying to get an Empowered Darkness + Life Leech, the extra damage won't hold from Void Bolt refreshes. Also depending on the fight Neddra's Grasp can be really good or really crappy, it's kind of a judgment call but usually casters proc it often while melee does not.

Stat priority is pretty basic. int > sp > crit > wis
