Considering reactivating to play Rift...

Hey guys just some quick info I played Rift about a year ago and quit maybe 8 months back, I was starting to get into raiding and did some pvp but quit because I didn't have time to play as much as I wanted to. I used to be a Glad in WoW so I'm used to the raiding/arena(pvp) scenes and really liked Rift. However, I'm not sure how much the game has progressed if I'll be so far behind it won't be fun or what? I guess I'm looking for an update on how the game's going and if it'd be worth getting back into! I've been playing League of Legends for about 2 years and it gets old from time to time..so I've diverted my attention back to this lovely game. Feedback please? >.<

Haha i play League myself. I am enjoying rift. Used to play wow for years and converted to rift adter its release. I took a break a few months in because i lost my will to play mmorlgs period. But now im back and the amount of shit in this game is definitely impressive given we have yet to have an expansion.
